The Equipment Maintenance Technician plays a vital role in ensuring the continuous and efficient operation of commercial laundry plant machinery. In this role, you will monitor the performance of key systems, including conveyor and overhead rail systems, and respond promptly to any issues such as jams, missing or damaged belts, and ironer tape replacements. You will document maintenance activities and unresolved issues in a maintenance log and keep production supervisors informed of equipment status—especially when downtime may affect production schedules. Adhering to established safety protocols is essential, including lockout/tag out procedures, confined space entry guidelines, and proper handling of hot equipment. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment is a core expectation for this position, ensuring the safety and productivity of all personnel in the plant.

Equipment Maintenance Technician - Summary- Responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment in a commercial laundry plant
- Ensures all scheduled and emergency maintenance tasks are completed efficiently
