Epic Radiant Analyst - Summary
- Responsible for Epic Radiant application build, support, and enhancement activities.
- Acts as a subject matter expert for Epic Radiant workflows, configuration, and integration.
- Supports incident management, system troubleshooting, and optimization of radiology IT systems.
- Engages in cross-functional collaboration to implement new features and resolve technical issues.
- Provides ongoing system maintenance to ensure high availability and performance of Epic Radiant modules.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with Epic Radiant build and support tasks, maintaining system functionality and performance.
- Address change requests and participate in enhancement projects as part of continuous system improvement.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to manage incident tickets and swiftly resolve user-reported issues.
- Troubleshoot error queues and manage integrations related to party connections within the Radiant system.
- Configure workstations and optimize modality worklists to support efficient radiology operations.
- Collaborate with clinical and technical teams to ensure seamless adoption of new system features.
- Document processes, configuration changes, and resolutions for future reference and compliance.
- Stay up to date with Epic Radiant updates and best practices to maintain compliance and operational excellence.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Epic Radiant Certification is required.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of direct Epic Radiant build experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting error queues and managing party integrations with Epic Radiant.
- Experience configuring workstations and optimizing modality worklists within radiology environments.
- Familiarity with Epic data courier and migration processes is preferred.
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented approach to problem solving and documentation.
