The Epic Instructional Designer plays a pivotal role in the design and implementation of effective training solutions centered around the Epic electronic health record (EHR) system. This position is responsible for collaborating with business stakeholders to identify learning needs and translating them into engaging, measurable educational content. As an Epic Instructional Designer, you will leverage your experience to ensure training materials are aligned with adult learning best practices and support the continuous development of high-performing healthcare teams.
In this Epic Instructional Designer opportunity, you will focus on developing and refining instructional materials for Epic-supported training programs. Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant Epic experience.
- At least 7 years of instructional design experience with a focus on web-based and eLearning development.
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems and Epic MST build.
- Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional development.
- Experience using learning analytics to measure and improve training impact.
