Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business, technical, clinical, and operational teams to clarify data requirements and reporting objectives.
- Support the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Epic reporting projects using Cogito tools.
- Validate and recreate report logic using strong SQL skills, ensuring accuracy and reliability of reporting outputs.
- Analyze, document, and troubleshoot data issues, maintaining data validation and quality review processes.
- Work with healthcare data workflows to support the measurement and analysis of clinical and operational metrics.
- Document and maintain standards for data validation, quality assurance, and reporting best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in technology, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in technology, business administration, or healthcare data analytics.
- Strong background in Epic data structures and reporting tools, including Radar Dashboards, Reporting Workbench, and Slicer Dicer.
- Demonstrated expertise in SQL, with the ability to validate and reconstruct report logic from existing data sources.
- Experience supporting Epic reporting projects highly preferred.
- Familiarity with healthcare data workflows and common clinical or operational metrics.
