- Bachelor's degree with at least five years of technology or business administration experience.
- Previous experience with Epic or Epic reporting projects preferred.
- Proficiency with Epic data structures and reporting tools, including Radar Dashboards, Reporting Workbench, and Slicer Dicer.
- Advanced SQL skills for report logic validation and recreation.
- Familiarity with healthcare data workflows and clinical or operational metrics.
