Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain and update Epic Charge Router workflows to support precise revenue cycle management.
- Work collaboratively with revenue cycle, IT, and clinical teams to optimize billing processes within the Epic system.
- Perform system builds, testing, and troubleshooting for Epic Charge Router configurations to ensure optimal function.
- Provide hands-on support for Single Billing Office (SBO) initiatives and related Epic system activities.
- Monitor compliance with Epic certification standards and industry best practices.
- Assist with the integration of hospital billing (HB) and professional billing (PB) processes.
- Contribute expertise in Provider Based Billing (PBB) methodologies, particularly Method I and II and Critical Access.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Required experience with Single Billing Office (SBO) models and demonstrable expertise in related workflows.
- Significant Epic build experience, with hands-on practice in record, rule, and workflow construction.
- Current Epic Charge Router certification is mandatory and must be actively maintained.
- Exposure to hospital billing (HB) and professional billing (PB) within the Epic system preferred.
- Familiarity with Provider Based Billing (PBB) Method I and II, particularly in Critical Access settings, is a plus.
