Epic Application Analyst - Summary
- Responsible for the configuration, build, and support of Epic modules related to specialty pharmacy operations.
- Acts as a liaison between clinical staff, project managers, and technical teams to ensure technology solutions meet operational requirements.
- Participates in all phases of the application lifecycle, from planning and design to testing and implementation.
- Provides troubleshooting and support for application issues, escalating complex problems as required.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Configure and build Epic modules with a focus on Compass Rose Specialty Pharmacy, Population Health, and Willow Ambulatory.
- Collaborate with clinicians, technical staff, and project managers to gather requirements and translate them into Epic workflow solutions.
- Participate in project planning sessions, creating documentation and timelines for application implementation.
- Test and validate new builds, ensuring accurate and timely deployment of system updates.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, providing documentation and escalation to senior analysts or Epic support as needed.
- Assist in the seamless integration of specialty pharmacy workflows into existing Epic infrastructure.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Epic build and support, with a particular emphasis on pharmacy-related projects.
- Certification in Epic Willow Ambulatory, Epic Specialty Pharmacy (Compass Rose), or Epic Population Health strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated understanding of clinical workflows and the ability to translate operational requirements into Epic build solutions.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams, including technical and clinical professionals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate effective teamwork and stakeholder engagement.
