We are seeking a skilled Epic Analyst – HB (Hospital Billing) to join our dynamic healthcare technology team in Fort Worth, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of Epic Hospital Billing applications, including development, testing, installation, deployment, and ongoing maintenance. Your expertise will help drive improvements and ensure critical systems are operating efficiently for both technical teams and end-users. You will collaborate closely with a range of stakeholders, including application development teams and healthcare providers, to provide consulting on technology standards and system optimization. Additionally, the position involves supporting desktop and laptop Windows operating systems, troubleshooting hardware, and monitoring application performance to proactively address issues.
The Epic Analyst – HB serves as a vital resource in managing system imaging, network, and telecommunications support, particularly focusing on Active Directory group policy and security troubleshooting. Your ability to implement and administer IT solutions in a hospital setting will be key to ensuring seamless technology integration, directly impacting patient care processes and administrative efficiency.
To be successful as an Epic Analyst – HB, candidates must have at least two to three years of direct experience with Epic Systems Analysis, including a current Epic Hospital Billing certification. Candidates with hands-on hospital experience will be best prepared to thrive in this fast-paced environment, as you’ll be expected to contribute immediately with minimal ramp-up time. A background that includes experience with general ledger and collection vendors is highly valued, as is an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field. Candidates with a high school diploma and three years of relevant experience will also be considered.

- Epic Hospital Billing (HB) Certification required at time of application
- Experience with general ledger and collection vendors
- Associate’s degree in Information Systems or Bachelor’s degree preferred; High school diploma considered with 3 years relevant experience
- Strong skills in troubleshooting, support, maintenance, and upgrades of hospital technology
- Experienced with Epic Hospital Billing applications and hospital IT environments
