Enterprise Systems Engineer - Summary- Responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing enterprise IT systems
- Acts as a technical lead for medium to large systems projects
- Ensures reliability, performance, and security of enterprise infrastructure
- Provides advanced tier 3 support and preventive maintenance
- Mentors junior staff and collaborates with both internal and external stakeholders
- Design, implement, and manage enterprise systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability
- Provide tier 3 technical support for critical enterprise applications and infrastructure
- Lead and coordinate medium to large-scale IT projects, including resource management and project planning
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to collect business requirements and architect tailored technology solutions
- Oversee vendor patching, system upgrades, and ensure continuous system availability

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in enterprise systems engineering or similar roles
- MCSE (Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert) certification is required
- Expertise in Nutanix virtualization platforms and Storage Area Networking (SAN)
- Proficiency with Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server and Exchange Server
- Experience with Citrix Metaframe, Veritas Storage Foundation, and identity management technologies
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
- Detail-oriented and solutions-driven IT professional with a strong technical background
