Enterprise Project Manager, PMP - Summary
- Lead and manage medium to large-scale projects across multiple departments, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with organizational standards.
- Drive enterprise initiatives in a technology-focused, industrial services setting, emphasizing innovation and process improvement.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, from concept through implementation, ensuring all milestones and deliverables are met on schedule and within budget.
- Develop, maintain, and manage comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, plans, and executive status reports.
- Facilitate effective vendor management by defining needs, negotiating expectations, and monitoring performance to ensure delivery targets are achieved.
- Identify, assess, and address project risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively implementing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams to ensure collaboration, accountability, and project success.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including executive leadership, to provide regular updates and manage expectations.
- Utilize standard project management tools and methodologies, including Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in leading medium and large projects, with a proven background in technical integration and transformation initiatives.
- Expertise in both Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills, with demonstrated experience working directly with executive leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Lucid, and JIRA (preferred).
