Enterprise Platform Administrator - Summary
As an Enterprise Platform Administrator, you will play a key part in managing, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise-level productivity and collaboration platforms. Your responsibilities will include the administration of Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and various third-party collaboration tools, ensuring seamless integration and robust security. You will collaborate with diverse teams across the organization and act as a technical advisor to drive best practices in platform usage and integration. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, communication skills, and proactive problem-solving abilities to support a global workforce.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace environments, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
- Manage AI integrations and productivity tools, such as ChatGPT, Copilot, and Gemini, to enhance organizational workflows.
- Oversee the integration and ongoing administration of third-party collaboration platforms, including Slack, Box, and Zoom.
- Configure and support enterprise application single sign-on (SSO) within Azure, maintaining secure and seamless identity federation across platforms.
- Collaborate with global teams, requiring flexibility to accommodate varying schedules and time zones.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable information for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Implement automation processes using PowerShell, APIs, and other relevant tools to improve platform efficiency and reduce manual workload.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and best practices related to OAuth, SAML, and identity federation.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for users, addressing issues related to access, integration, or performance.
- Monitor platform usage and generate reports to inform strategic decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in systems administration or Microsoft 365 administration are highly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience administering Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace at the enterprise level.
- Hands-on experience integrating and managing AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or Gemini.
- Proficiency with scripting and automation using PowerShell, APIs, and related technologies.
- Strong understanding of identity federation protocols, including OAuth and SAML.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams and communicate technical concepts across diverse audiences.
