Enterprise Architect - Summary- Lead the enterprise technology vision and strategy to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee digital transformation, cloud migration, and modernization projects across the organization.
- Provide consultative services and technical assistance to support critical enterprise programs.
- Collaborate with vendors and partners to identify and mitigate architectural risks.
- Perform advanced consultative and technical services for enterprise program support.
- Develop and manage strategic roadmaps, ensuring alignment of technology with business objectives.
- Lead the technology operations section, set clear vision, and manage technical issues as they arise.
- Coordinate and oversee technical activities across internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ensure enterprise systems are secure, scalable, and integrated according to industry standards.
- Prepare and deliver presentations for executive audiences to communicate architecture strategy and project status.
- Manage relationships and performance of outsourced technical teams and Managed Services providers.

- Over 20 years of experience supporting or working with Texas state government agencies in a technical capacity.
- Extensive experience in technical activities related to application systems within public sector environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in creating and managing strategic technology roadmaps with strong planning and communication skills.
- Minimum of 10 years managing outsourced technical teams and overseeing Managed Services providers.
- Strong background in preparing and presenting technical information to executive-level stakeholders.
- Proven leader in enterprise architecture with a track record of successful digital transformation initiatives.
- Exceptional strategic planning, project management, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage complex technical teams and guide cross-functional collaboration.
- Deep understanding of public sector technology, particularly in the Texas government landscape.
