- 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure operations and engineering.
- 3+ years of experience with VMware or equivalent virtualization platforms.
- 3+ years of experience working with security practices and identifying vulnerabilities.
- Strong experience with enterprise storage and cloud infrastructure solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate and implement new technologies in complex environments.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record in enterprise-level IT architecture and operations.
