The Enterprise Architect will play a pivotal part in shaping the organization’s technology landscape by defining target-state architectures and best practices. This individual will lead modernization and transformation efforts, ensuring that legacy systems transition smoothly to future-state enterprise architectures. By developing and maintaining architecture roadmaps across business, data, application, and infrastructure domains, the Enterprise Architect will help build a foundation that supports current and future business needs.
In this role, you will be empowered to guide the adoption of innovative integration technologies, champion architectural governance, and oversee critical proof-of-concept initiatives. The Enterprise Architect is responsible for creating transition plans that address every facet of the organization’s technology portfolio, from business continuity and disaster recovery to architecture metrics and reporting. - Create and maintain architecture roadmaps at the product portfolio level
- Oversee proof-of-concept initiatives and develop whitepapers to support strategic technology decisions
- Communicate architecture standards and decisions across the organization
- Establish architecture metrics and reporting to assess impact and maturity
- Partner with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and validate enterprise technology requirements

- Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks (such as TOGAF)
- Strong background in integration technologies
- 5+ years of experience implementing enterprise applications, including Master Data Management and BI/Analytics solutions
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise application development, enterprise architecture, and technology design
- Deep understanding of software development life cycles and enterprise technology environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results in fast-paced environments
- Proven experience supporting architecture governance at the portfolio or enterprise level
- Experience contributing to modernization strategies in large, cross-functional environments
