We are seeking a dedicated and patient-centered Endocrinologist (MD/DO) to join our expanding specialty care team. Endocrinologist (MD/DO) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide consultative and ongoing care for complex endocrine and metabolic disorders, including diabetes, thyroid, adrenal, and pituitary conditions
- Develop individualized patient care plans tailored to specific needs and comorbidities
- Order, review, and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and other diagnostic assessments to guide treatment decisions
- Educate patients and families on disease management strategies, medication adherence, and use of diabetes technology such as continuous glucose monitors (CGMs) and insulin pumps
- Work closely with a dedicated support team, including medical assistants, schedulers, referral specialists, social workers, pharmacists, nurse practitioners, and podiatrists
- Participate in clinical protocol development and quality improvement initiatives within the practice
- Collaborate with other specialists as needed for comprehensive patient management
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with regulatory standards
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive base salary starting at $300,000, with flexibility based on experience
- Performance-based bonus structure available
- Full-time position with a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule
- No nights or weekend shifts required
- Minimal hospital rounding (site-dependent)

Qualifications & Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism
- Background in Internal Medicine required
- Prior clinical experience in endocrinology (fellowship-trained physicians only; no current fellows)
- Active medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure
- DEA license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience in value-based care models preferred but not required
- Proficiency with diabetes management technologies (CGMs, insulin pumps) is a plus
