You will have the opportunity to leverage advanced diabetes technologies, such as continuous glucose monitors (CGMs) and insulin pumps, to optimize patient outcomes. Additional specialty support is available from nurse practitioners and podiatry professionals, ensuring a collaborative and integrated care model.
This full-time position operates within a clinic-based setting, providing a manageable patient panel and a structured Monday through Friday schedule with no required nights or weekends. Minimal hospital rounding may be included depending on site needs, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality outpatient care. - Competitive base salary starting at $300,000, with potential for bonus earnings
- Compensation package flexible based on experience
- Full-time position with structured weekday schedule (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM)
- No night or weekend shifts required

- Board Certified (or Board Eligible) in Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism
- Internal Medicine background mandatory
- Prior clinical experience required; this position is not open to fellows
- Active medical license or ability to obtain one
- DEA license or eligibility
- Experience with value-based care preferred, but not required
- Experienced Endocrinologist (MD/DO) with a passion for patient-centered, value-based care
- Proficient in managing chronic endocrine and metabolic disorders
- Familiarity with advanced diabetes management technologies (CGMs, insulin pumps)
- Strong communication skills and ability to educate patients and families
