Endocrinologist, MD/DO – Full-Time

Endocrinologist, MD/DO – Summary- Provide outpatient consultative and longitudinal care for endocrine and metabolic disorders
- Focus on proactive disease management and complication prevention

- Develop individualized treatment plans for each patient
- Interpret and order laboratory tests, imaging, and other diagnostics
- Educate patients and families on disease management, medications, and diabetes technologies (e.g., CGMs, insulin pumps)
- Collaborate with care teams including medical assistants, schedulers, referral specialists, social workers, pharmacists, nurse practitioners, and podiatrists
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and help develop clinical protocols
- Competitive base salary ($300,000+ based on experience)
- Bonus structure available
- Consistent Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- No night or weekend shifts required
- Minimal hospital rounding (as applicable)
- Supportive team environment with advanced resources and technology
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism
- Internal Medicine background required
- Prior clinical experience required (no fellows)
- Active medical license or eligibility to obtain
- DEA license or eligibility
- Experience in value-based care preferred but not required
- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex endocrine conditions
- Proficient with diabetes technology (e.g., CGMs, insulin pumps)
- Experience working with geriatric or complex chronic patient populations
- Strong commitment to patient education and collaborative care
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
