As an Endocrinologist MD/DO, you will play a pivotal role in a forward-thinking healthcare team, collaborating closely with nurse practitioners, podiatry, pharmacists, social workers, and other specialists. Your expertise will be vital in managing conditions such as diabetes, thyroid disorders, adrenal and pituitary diseases, and other metabolic syndromes. You will have the autonomy to develop individualized treatment plans, work alongside a dedicated support network, and utilize state-of-the-art diabetes technology, including continuous glucose monitors (CGMs) and insulin pumps.
This clinic-based position emphasizes patient-centered care, with a focus on smaller patient panels to ensure each individual receives thorough and attentive management. You will educate patients and their families on disease management, medication usage, and the operation of advanced medical devices. Your daily responsibilities will include ordering and interpreting laboratory tests, diagnostic imaging, and other evaluations necessary to guide high-quality care.

Endocrinologist MD/DO - Summary- Provide outpatient consultative and longitudinal care for endocrine and metabolic disorders
- Work within a value-based, multidisciplinary care model

- Diagnose and manage diabetes, thyroid, adrenal, pituitary, and other metabolic disorders
- Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans
- Order and interpret laboratory, imaging, and diagnostic tests
- Educate patients and families on disease management, medication, and the use of diabetes technology (CGMs, insulin pumps)
- Participate in clinical protocol development and quality improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including medical assistants, schedulers, referral specialists, social workers, pharmacists, nurse practitioners, and podiatry
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records
- Competitive base salary with bonus structure
- Full-time, Monday to Friday schedule (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
- No nights or weekends required
- Minimal hospital rounding (site dependent)

- MD or DO degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism
- Internal Medicine background required
- Prior clinical experience (no fellows)
- Active medical license or eligibility to obtain one
- DEA license or eligibility
- Experience with value-based care preferred, not required
- Familiarity with CGMs, insulin pumps, and care for geriatric or complex chronic populations preferred
- Demonstrates clinical excellence in endocrinology and metabolic care
- Strong commitment to proactive, patient-centered care
- Works effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team
- Proficient in educating patients and families
- Experienced with advanced diabetes technologies
