Endocrinologist (MD/DO) - Summary
- Provide expert outpatient consultative and longitudinal care for complex endocrine and metabolic disorders.
- Work full-time in a clinic-based, multidisciplinary setting focused on value-based care.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and treat diabetes, thyroid, adrenal, pituitary, and other metabolic disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and oversee their implementation.
- Order, review, and interpret laboratory results, imaging, and diagnostic tests.
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication use, and diabetes technologies such as continuous glucose monitors (CGMs) and insulin pumps.
- Participate in clinical quality improvement initiatives and assist in protocol development.
- Work closely with a care coordination team for comprehensive patient support.
- Provide consultative expertise to referring providers and interdisciplinary teams.
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive base salary starting at $300,000+, with bonus structures available based on experience and performance.
- Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- No nights or weekends required; minimal hospital rounding as applicable.

Qualifications & Requirements
- MD or DO degree required.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism.
- Background in Internal Medicine required.
- Prior clinical experience (not open to fellows).
- Active medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
- DEA license or eligibility required.
- Experience in value-based care preferred, but not mandatory.
