This full-time Endocrinologist (MD/DO) role offers a supportive clinic-based setting, where you will provide both consultative and ongoing care to a diverse patient population. You will work closely with a collaborative team that includes Medical Assistants, Schedulers, Referral Specialists, Social Workers, Pharmacists, Nurse Practitioners, and Podiatrists, ensuring that each patient receives comprehensive, individualized attention.

Endocrinologist (MD/DO) – Summary
- Provide expert outpatient care for endocrine and metabolic disorders within a value-based model.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage diabetes, thyroid, adrenal, and pituitary disorders, as well as other metabolic conditions.
- Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and diagnostic procedures.
- Educate patients and families on disease management, medication usage, and diabetes technologies such as CGMs and insulin pumps.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical protocol development to enhance care delivery.
- Coordinate care with support staff, including Medical Assistants, Referral Specialists, Social Workers, and Pharmacists.
- Engage in multidisciplinary case discussions and collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and Podiatrists for optimal patient outcomes.
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive base salary of $300,000+, commensurate with experience.
- Attractive bonus structure based on performance and value-based care metrics.
- Full-time, Monday through Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) schedule.
- No night or weekend shifts required.
- Minimal hospital rounding, primarily outpatient care responsibilities.
- Supportive work environment with a small patient panel (12–16 patients per day) for focused, quality care.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or DO) required.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism.
- Background in Internal Medicine is required.
- Prior clinical experience in endocrinology – fellowship candidates are not eligible.
- Active medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
- DEA license or eligibility required.
- Experience in value-based care models is preferred but not required.
