Endocrinologist (MD/DO) - Summary- Full-time, clinic-based opportunity in Bowling Green, KY
- Outpatient consultative and longitudinal care for complex endocrine and metabolic disorders

- Manage and treat a spectrum of endocrine disorders, including diabetes, thyroid, adrenal, pituitary, and metabolic conditions
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs
- Order, interpret, and manage lab results, imaging, and diagnostic testing
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication adherence, and the use of diabetes technologies such as continuous glucose monitors (CGMs) and insulin pumps
- Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development and refinement of clinical protocols
- Competitive base salary of $300,000+ (commensurate with experience)

- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree required
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism
- Background in Internal Medicine required
- Prior clinical experience as an Endocrinologist (no fellows considered)
- Active medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure
- DEA license or eligibility required
- Experience in value-based care preferred but not required
- Demonstrated expertise in the management of endocrine and metabolic disorders
- Proficiency with diabetes technologies including CGMs and insulin pumps
- Experience working with geriatric and/or complex chronic disease populations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills within a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to improving patient outcomes through evidence-based practice and patient education
- Motivated to grow within an innovative, value-driven healthcare model
- Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- No nights or weekends required
- Minimal hospital rounding, site dependent
