Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) - Summary- Provide high-quality, immediate care to patients with acute medical and traumatic conditions.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team in a dynamic 20-bed emergency department.
- Demonstrate clinical expertise in rapid assessment, triage, and emergency interventions.

- Rapid Assessment: Efficiently perform triage and secondary assessments for patients presenting with acute illnesses and traumatic injuries.
- Emergency Interventions: Administer emergency medications, assist with advanced procedures, and manage stabilization for critically ill patients.
- Team Coordination: Lead care delivery within a tiered staffing model, collaborating with LPNs and PCAs to optimize patient flow and outcomes.

- Minimum of one (1) year of recent clinical experience in an Emergency Room setting.
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Certifications required:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) – American Heart Association
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) – American Heart Association
- Proven ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations.
