- Deliver acute care in a fast-paced hospital emergency department.

- Perform initial patient assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and initiate appropriate treatment plans.
- Work collaboratively with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), nurses, and ancillary staff to ensure seamless delivery of care.
- Document patient encounters accurately and thoroughly in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
- Participate in interdisciplinary care coordination and communicate effectively with consulting physicians and healthcare teams.
- Contribute to departmental quality assurance initiatives and patient safety programs.
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies, medical protocols, and regulatory guidelines.
- Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and follow-up care instructions.

- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency in Emergency Medicine.
- Board certification or eligibility in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or AOBEM).
- Active and unrestricted medical license to practice medicine in the state of Florida.
- Current certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Demonstrated clinical competence in emergency medicine and acute patient management.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and adherence to evidence-based practices.
- Experienced, board-certified Emergency Medicine Physician (ER Physician) with a passion for delivering high-quality acute care.
- Demonstrates excellent clinical judgment, adaptability, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
