- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
- Board certification in Emergency Medicine (ABEM)
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Emergency Medicine residency program
- Active, unrestricted medical license in the state of assignment
- Minimum commitment of 5 shifts per month for the duration of the 12-month assignment
- Alternative board certifications (such as ABPS) are not accepted
- No additional certifications required if ABEM certified
- Experienced Emergency Medicine Physician with ABEM board certification
- Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality, patient-centered emergency care
- Flexible and adaptable to varied shift schedules
- Strong communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration with NP/PAs and department staff
