Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver full-spectrum emergency medical care to patients of varying ages and backgrounds
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and emergent medical conditions promptly and competently
- Consult and collaborate with nursing staff and advanced practice providers to optimize patient care and throughput
- Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system
- Provide care in accordance with facility policies, procedures, and evidence-based clinical guidelines
- Participate actively in quality assurance initiatives and adhere to all regulatory and compliance standards
- Ensure a professional and compassionate approach in interactions with patients, families, and team members

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active and unrestricted Texas medical license
- Valid Texas DEA registration
- Board certified or board eligible in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine
- Completion of an accredited residency program in the relevant specialty
- Recent clinical practice experience within the past 12 months
- Current certifications in ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support), ATLS (Advanced Trauma Life Support), and PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) preferred
- Clean professional record required for credentialing
