Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide immediate and effective care to patients presenting with emergent conditions
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals
- Utilize Cerner EMR for comprehensive documentation and patient tracking
- Participate in the Physician in Triage (PIT) program to ensure efficient patient flow and triage accuracy
- Stay current with best practices in emergency medicine and participate in continuing education opportunities
- Uphold the highest standards of patient safety, quality, and satisfaction
- Engage in professional development initiatives such as leadership, efficiency, and engagement academies

Salary & Benefits
- Competitive hourly rates: $220/hr (W2) and $260/hr (1099) with flexible employment models
- Generous sign-on bonus of $100,000
- Annual CME/BEA allowance of $4,000 (tax-free)

Qualifications & Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine
- Alternatively, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine with Emergency Medicine experience
- Current ATLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- Eligibility for J-1 visa sponsorship
