- Active Mississippi medical license
- Active MS DEA registration

- Active clinical practice within the past 12 months (exceptions may be reviewed by the Professional Evaluation Committee and Medical Executive Committee)
- Demonstrates strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
- Experienced with high-acuity cases in emergency settings
