- Active and unrestricted Iowa medical license and valid DEA registration
- Board certification in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine (ABEM, ABFM, ABIM, or osteopathic equivalent)
- If board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, must maintain current ACLS, ATLS, and PALS certifications
- Willingness to work both day and night 12-hour shifts
- Clean professional record required for temporary privileges
- Experienced Emergency Medicine Physician (EM Physician) comfortable working independently in a rural setting
- Strong clinical skills across all age groups and acute care presentations
