This dynamic opportunity is based at a well-established Level 3 Trauma Center with a modern emergency department, supporting a high-volume patient environment and a comprehensive range of hospital services. The Emergency Medicine Physician (EM Physician) will be an integral member of the clinical care team, providing expert emergency medical services and ensuring the highest standard of care for patients requiring urgent attention.
Located in the vibrant community of Morgan City, Louisiana, this facility offers an engaging work environment within a 149-bed hospital, featuring a 12-bed emergency department that handles approximately 28,000 annual visits. The Emergency Medicine Physician (EM Physician) will benefit from a workplace equipped with advanced diagnostic and treatment technology, including CT, MRI, Lab, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, ICU, PT, and Cardiac Cath Lab. The position comes with robust specialty backup in areas such as ENT, Pediatrics, Cardiology, Orthopedics, Internal Medicine, Radiology, Family Practice, Pathology, Surgery, Pulmonology, Oncology, and Hematology.
