Optigy is actively seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician (EM Physician) to deliver high-quality patient care in a community-based Emergency Department. The role is positioned within a Level III Trauma Center that serves as a regional hub, providing comprehensive emergency services across a seven-county area. As an EM Physician, you will work alongside a multidisciplinary team in a 21-bed Emergency Department with an annual patient volume of 35,000 visits. The facility is equipped with advanced resources, including Epic EMR and specialty support in hospitalist medicine, surgery, orthopedics, critical care, and urology. The center is a Certified Primary Stroke Center, ensuring that you are part of a facility recognized for its commitment to clinical excellence and patient outcomes. Both W-2 and 1099 employment models are available to accommodate your preferred work structure. Additionally, this position is J-1 Visa sponsorship and H1B Cap Exempt, making it accessible for eligible international medical graduates.
Compensation for the Emergency Medicine Physician role is highly competitive, with base rates up to $290/hr (1099) and $250/hr (W-2). A generous sign-on bonus of up to $90,000 is available, along with annual CME/BEA allowances, licensing support, and a comprehensive benefits package.
