The emergency department you will be working in sees approximately 15,000 annual visits, featuring 15 emergency department beds and strong Advanced Practice Provider (APP) support during weekdays.

- Provide acute and emergency care to patients in a 15-bed emergency department with approximately 15,000 annual visits.
- Work onsite as a 1099 contractor with flexible 12-hour physician shifts.
- Utilize Meditech EMR for efficient and accurate patient record management.

- Stabilize critically ill or injured patients and initiate appropriate interventions.
- Work collaboratively with APPs, nurses, and other allied health professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Document all patient encounters and clinical activities promptly and accurately using Meditech EMR.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of patient safety and clinical excellence.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members to ensure coordinated care and optimal outcomes.
- Manage patient flow efficiently to maintain throughput in the emergency department.
- Competitive compensation at $210 per hour.

- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or AOBEM).
- Family Practice or Internal Medicine physicians with at least two years of recent emergency medicine experience may be considered.
- Active Florida medical license preferred.

- Familiarity with Meditech EMR is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and clinical decision-making skills.
- Experienced Emergency Medicine Physician capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
