Optigy is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Emergency Medicine Physician (EM) to join a dynamic, high-volume Emergency Department on a comprehensive medical campus. This full-time, permanent opportunity offers the chance to work with a board-certified team in a certified stroke and chest pain center. The facility is equipped with 51 beds and serves approximately 54,000 annual patient visits, providing an excellent environment for professional growth while ensuring lifestyle balance.
As an Emergency Medicine Physician (EM), you will be part of a collaborative and fully staffed department supported by advanced practice providers (APPs) and a robust leadership team. The department is proud to be designated as a certified stroke and chest pain center, highlighting its commitment to delivering the highest quality emergency medical care. The Emergency Medicine Physician (EM) role operates with a coverage model featuring 10-hour shifts, allowing for comprehensive and seamless patient care. Physicians can expect to manage an average of 2 patients per hour, with an 18% admission rate, ensuring a diverse and engaging clinical experience.
The medical center utilizes the Epic electronic medical record (EMR) system for efficient documentation, enhancing the overall workflow and patient care coordination.
