- Board certification or eligibility in Emergency Medicine (ABEM), Family Practice (FP), or Internal Medicine (IM)
- Active medical license in Indiana required
- For IM/FP physicians: ACLS certification and prior emergency department experience required
- ABEM physicians do not require additional life support certifications
- Recent TB test within the past 12 months (x-ray if positive)
- Three peer references
- Copies of all current licensure, DEA, and relevant education certificates
- Procedure and case logs as requested
- Experienced and adaptable Emergency Medicine Physician (EM/FP/IM) with a commitment to patient-centered care
- Comfortable working in a community hospital setting with moderate patient volume
- Demonstrates excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Proficient in using EMR systems, particularly EPIC
- Flexible and reliable, able to accommodate a variety of shift schedules
