Emergency Medicine Physician (EM/FP/IM) - Summary- Join a newly constructed micro-hospital (established 2023)
- Full-time, permanent position with onsite responsibilities
- Serve a diverse patient population with 24/7 emergency and inpatient care
- Work in a modern and streamlined facility equipped with advanced diagnostic tools
- Provide direct, high-quality emergency medical care to patients of all ages
- Manage acute and critical health conditions in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers and other clinical staff for comprehensive patient care
- Perform initial evaluations, diagnostic workups, and necessary procedures
- Engage in a 12-hour shift coverage model, ensuring continuous patient access to physician care
- Maintain accurate and thorough medical records in compliance with regulatory guidelines
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs offered by Optigy
- Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold quality standards in all aspects of patient care
- Competitive hourly compensation: $250-280/hr (W2), $270-$300+ (1099)
- Attractive sign-on bonus of $50,000
- Annual CME/BEA stipend of $4,000 (tax-free)
- New graduate package: $6,500 plus covered licensing costs in the first year
- Employment models available: W-2 or 1099

- Current certifications in ATLS (Advanced Trauma Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), and PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced clinical setting
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experienced in emergency medicine, family medicine, or internal medicine with strong acute care skills
- Comfortable working in a micro-hospital or similar clinical environment
