Optigy is seeking a dedicated and skilled Emergency Medicine Physician (EM/FP/IM) to join our medical team at a well-supported Level IV Trauma Center. This full-time, permanent role is an excellent opportunity for board-certified or board-eligible Emergency Medicine physicians, as well as Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians with significant Emergency Medicine experience, who are passionate about providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

The emergency department is equipped with essential resources, including on-site imaging and diagnostics, and maintains a seamless process for transferring trauma and critical care cases. The Emergency Medicine Physician (EM/FP/IM) position provides a unique opportunity to practice in a low-volume emergency department, allowing for a manageable patient load and the ability to deliver thorough, compassionate care. The hospital features 6 ED beds and operates with 12- and 24-hour shifts, ensuring 24/7 physician coverage. The use of Cerner EMR streamlines workflow and enhances the quality of patient documentation and care coordination. The admission rate is approximately 6%, with an average of 0.8 patients seen per hour, offering an optimal environment for both new and experienced physicians.
Our compensation package is highly competitive, offering base compensation between $165/hr and $205/hr, depending on employment model. Additional financial incentives include a generous $60,000 sign-on bonus, an annual CME/BEA allowance, and comprehensive support for licensing and credentialing. Both W-2 and 1099 employment models are available to best suit your professional and financial preferences.
