This locum tenens assignment provides physicians with flexible 12-hour shifts, available both day and night, and requires no on-call duties. The facility handles an annual emergency department volume of approximately 13,500 patients, with a staffing model that ensures 24 MD hours and 10 NP/PA hours daily. - MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
- Active, unrestricted state medical license.
- Board certification or eligibility in Emergency Medicine, Family Practice, or Internal Medicine.
- For IM/FP physicians: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification and emergency department experience required.
- Current TB test within the past 12 months (or chest x-ray if positive).
- Submission of three peer references and all required licensure, DEA, and education certificates.
- Procedure or case logs as requested for credentialing.
