Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality emergency medical care to a diverse patient population in a 49-bed acute care facility.
- Manage a range of acute medical conditions and emergencies with professionalism and clinical expertise.
- Perform all standard emergency room procedures as required.
- Collaborate with advanced practice providers (APPs), scribes, nurses, and other medical professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Utilize the Cerner EMR system for accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters.
- Participate in shift work, including both day (6a-6p) and night (6p-6a) coverage as needed.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and maintain required certifications.
