Emergency Medicine Physician (EM) positions are available at a high-functioning, freestanding emergency department with Optigy. As an Emergency Medicine Physician (EM), you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals experiencing a wide spectrum of acute medical conditions. Optigy’s freestanding emergency department serves a growing suburban community and is conveniently located near a thriving metropolitan area, providing both professional opportunities and an excellent quality of life. The facility is equipped with 13 treatment rooms, including specialized trauma and psychiatric-safe rooms, and is staffed exclusively by board-certified Emergency Medicine Physicians (EM). The department sees approximately 19,000 patient visits annually and maintains a strong admission rate, reflecting both the acuity and diversity of cases managed.
As an Emergency Medicine Physician (EM), you will work 12-hour shifts with 24-hour physician coverage, supported by advanced practice providers during afternoons and evenings. The department utilizes the Epic electronic medical record (EMR) system and provides access to a 24-hour onsite lab, as well as advanced imaging capabilities including X-ray and CT. The physician-only model ensures a collaborative and focused approach to patient care, with the added support of a national clinical governance board and a range of professional development programs.

Physicians can expect an hourly base rate, a generous sign-on bonus, CME/BEA allowances, and new graduate packages including licensing support.
