- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system
- Adhere to facility and Optigy standards for professional, evidence-based medical care
- Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives and uphold a commitment to patient safety

- Daily overtime after 12 hours and weekly overtime after 168 hours

- Active and unrestricted Texas medical license and TX DEA required
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine
- Completion of an accredited residency program
- Recent clinical practice experience within the past 12 months
- Current certifications in ACLS, ATLS, and PALS preferred
- Clean professional file required for presentation
- Experienced physician with a strong background in emergency care and acute medicine
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Demonstrates adaptability and composure in high-volume, fast-paced settings
- Proficient in EMR documentation and committed to accurate record keeping
