Emergency Medicine Physician (EM) - Summary- Deliver comprehensive emergency medical care to patients of all ages and backgrounds.
- Work as part of a collaborative healthcare team to ensure timely and appropriate treatment.
- Utilize evidence-based practices and adhere to clinical protocols for patient safety and quality outcomes.
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a broad range of acute illnesses, injuries, and medical emergencies.
- Stabilize patients and determine appropriate disposition, including admission, referral, or discharge.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as laboratory studies and imaging.
- Perform emergency procedures, including airway management, resuscitation, and wound care.
- Coordinate care with nursing staff, specialists, and ancillary services to optimize patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and clinical education programs.
- Demonstrate proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Provide compassionate communication and education to patients and their families.

- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
- Board certification or eligibility in Emergency Medicine (EM).
- Active and unrestricted medical license.
- Current certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in high-pressure, multidisciplinary environments.
