Emergency Medicine Physician - Summary- Full-time, permanent Emergency Medicine Physician position in Ohio.
- Serve as a primary provider of acute care in emergency settings.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in a rotating 3x12 schedule to ensure comprehensive patient coverage.
- Perform comprehensive medical assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for a wide range of emergency health conditions.
- Stabilize patients presenting with acute illnesses or injuries and determine appropriate next steps for care.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results to guide patient management.
- Perform emergency procedures such as intubation, suturing, fracture management, and advanced cardiac life support as needed.
- Work collaboratively with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care transitions.
- Document patient histories, procedures, and treatment plans accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Provide compassionate communication and education to patients and their families regarding diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain clinical competencies and stay current with advances in emergency medicine.

- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
- Board certification or eligibility in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or AOBEM preferred).
- Active and unrestricted medical license to practice in Ohio (or eligibility to obtain).
- Demonstrated experience in emergency medicine and acute care environments.
- Excellent clinical judgment, decision-making skills, and ability to work effectively under pressure.
