Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant (NP/PA) - Summary- Provide advanced clinical care in an emergency department setting as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Work collaboratively within a Level 4 trauma center at a full-service community hospital
- Participate in ongoing locum tenens assignments with flexible scheduling
- Utilize Cerner EMR for accurate and timely documentation
- Perform comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and management of patients presenting with urgent and emergent medical conditions
- Execute all standard emergency room procedures within the NP/PA scope of practice
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated patient care
- Manage a patient census in a 14-bed emergency department with an annual ED volume of approximately 15,000
