Email Marketing Technologist (SFMC) - Summary
- Support the marketing team in building, optimizing, and deploying targeted email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align email communications with broader marketing strategies.
- Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and organizational standards.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute email campaigns using SFMC, managing all aspects from concept to deployment.
- Collaborate with designers to create email assets and templates that adhere to brand and accessibility guidelines.
- Conduct render testing across devices and inboxes to ensure consistent display and functionality.
- Implement A/B testing on subject lines, content, images, and send times to optimize engagement rates.
- Maintain and update data extensions, utilizing segmentation and dynamic content for personalized communications.
- Generate regular reports to monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Ensure full compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other relevant email marketing regulations.
- Support advanced SFMC functionalities, including automation and journey management.

Qualifications & Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong proficiency in SFMC’s Content Builder and Journey Builder; familiarity with Contact Builder is a plus.
- Experience in Email Studio and Automation Studio.
- Demonstrated ability to manage data extensions, segmentation, and dynamic content.
- Hands-on experience creating email assets using Adobe Photoshop.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Analytics or similar analytics tools.
- Exceptional QA skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong writing and proofreading skills for compelling, brand-aligned email content.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
