Email Marketing Specialist - Summary
The Email Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the execution, optimization, and reporting of omnichannel marketing campaigns using advanced automation platforms. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure all campaigns are delivered accurately and efficiently and that they align with overall marketing objectives. The specialist also assists in the migration of campaigns to new platforms to support the organization's digital evolution.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Execute personalized email, SMS, push notification, and direct mail campaigns for a customer base exceeding 40 million individuals.
- Collaborate with teams including Data Engineering, IT Marketing, Analytics, and Creative to gather requirements and execute campaigns effectively.
- Assist in the migration and integration of marketing campaigns between platforms such as Adobe Campaign and Zeta Marketing Cloud.
- Coordinate project timelines and tasks using project management tools like Asana, Jira, or Wrike to ensure on-time campaign delivery.
- Apply marketing segmentation strategies to develop and refine automation workflows, driving improved campaign performance and customer engagement.
- Monitor and report on campaign outcomes, using data-driven insights to continuously optimize marketing activities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal standards in campaign execution and data handling.

Qualifications & Requirements
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in marketing automation or campaign management.
