The Email Designer must be adept at editing and troubleshooting email design and code during the proofing process across multiple platforms, including Figma, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Movable Ink. A keen eye for detail is necessary to ensure that all digital assets adhere to brand guidelines and style conventions. Additionally, the Email Designer remains up-to-date on the latest email best practices, ESP capabilities, and emerging technologies to continually enhance the effectiveness of email communications.
Qualifications for this role include a bachelor’s degree in Design, Media Arts, or a related field, along with 3-5 years of experience in digital design and email development, preferably within the beauty or cosmetic industry. Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar ESPs, Movable Ink, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Dreamweaver (or other coding tools), CMS platforms, and project management tools such as Monday.com is required. The ideal candidate should possess advanced knowledge of AMPscript, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript. Experience in e-commerce or retail environments and video editing or animation skills are considered advantageous.
