Email Campaign Developer - Summary
- Lead the execution and migration of marketing campaigns from Adobe Campaign Classic to Zeta.
- Ensure seamless campaign parity, data accuracy, and quality assurance throughout the migration process.
- Optimize and design lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, and push channels after the migration is complete.
- Identify and prioritize new campaign opportunities to enhance customer engagement and drive revenue.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure project success.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee the migration of campaigns from Adobe Campaign Classic to Zeta, maintaining audience segmentation and data integrity.
- Conduct thorough quality assurance checks during parallel campaign runs, ensuring readiness for full migration.
- Sign off on migration milestones, guaranteeing each phase meets organizational standards.
- Design, implement, and optimize post-migration campaigns including triggered and lifecycle journeys across email, SMS, and push channels.
- Utilize dynamic content tools, such as Movable Ink, to enhance personalization and campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and technical teams to align campaign execution with business goals and technical possibilities.
- Continuously analyze campaign performance to identify opportunities for further optimization and innovation.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for campaign migration best practices and multi-channel marketing strategies.
