Eligibility Systems Analyst (IES Analyst) - Summary
- Responsible for supporting and testing integrated eligibility systems for health and human services programs.
- Ensures system alignment with regulatory and business requirements for programs such as Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, Child Welfare, and Child Support.
- Works closely with stakeholders, developers, and business users to optimize system functionality and performance.
- Key contributor to the continuous improvement and validation of eligibility workflows and system enhancements.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive system testing, including functional, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for integrated eligibility systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and business users to review and validate system requirements, ensuring they meet the needs of various HHS programs.
- Document, track, and manage system defects using industry-standard testing tools such as JIRA and Selenium.
- Adapt quickly to complex eligibility workflows, providing critical input for system enhancements and new releases.
- Create, execute, and maintain detailed test cases and test scenarios to ensure complete test coverage and quality assurance.
- Support the validation process of system modifications to ensure compliance with regulatory and operational standards.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience supporting Integrated Eligibility Systems (IES) projects within government or public sector environments.
- In-depth knowledge of health and human services programs, including but not limited to Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, Child Welfare, or Child Support.
- Strong software testing background, particularly in the execution of functional, integration, and user acceptance testing phases.
- Experience with creating and executing comprehensive test cases and test scenarios to validate system performance.
- Ability to rapidly understand and analyze complex eligibility business processes and workflows.
- Familiarity with testing tools such as JIRA and Selenium is highly desirable.
