Elevator Assembler - Summary
As an Elevator Assembler, your primary focus will be on assembling modular elevator components with accuracy and care. You will operate both hand tools and industrial equipment, ensuring each part fits perfectly and functions as intended. This role requires experience with electrical control panels, micrometers, calipers, and a strong background in quality control. You will collaborate closely with other team members, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of elevator projects. The position also involves troubleshooting assembly issues and adhering strictly to all safety protocols. Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble modular elevator components using hand tools, micrometers, calipers, and industrial equipment.
- Interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions to ensure accurate construction of elevator systems.
- Conduct electrical control panel wiring and integrate control systems as required.
- Perform regular quality checks throughout the assembly process to maintain high standards of workmanship and safety.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet project deadlines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues to minimize delays and maintain project timelines.
- Follow all established safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure work environment for yourself and others.
- Document assembly steps and report any technical or material issues to supervisors promptly.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality and process efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude, with the ability to use hand tools, micrometers, calipers, and industrial assembly equipment.
- Proven experience with electrical control panels and control panel wiring.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Experience in quality control and ability to conduct thorough inspections during assembly.
- Solid problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
- Preferred: 2 to 5 years of experience in assembly roles, especially in modular elevator or construction settings.
