Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct routine go/no-go tests on electronic circuits, components, and mechanical assemblies using hand tools and automated test equipment.
- Set up and calibrate test devices to ensure accurate measurement and data collection.
- Perform sub-assembly and system-level functional tests and debugging down to the component level, utilizing test procedures, schematics, and supply documentation.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose rejected analog and digital assemblies, identifying faults at the component level.
- Execute simple repairs, including component removal or replacement, to restore functionality.
- Document test procedures, results, and any identified malfunctions in detailed logs and records.
- Maintain accurate records of test activities, results, and corrective actions taken.
- Follow verbal or written instructions, as well as formal Test Process Instructions, to complete assignments efficiently and accurately.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding test outcomes and any concerns related to product functionality.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all testing activities.

Qualifications & Requirements
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in electronics testing, manufacturing, or technical repair.
- Demonstrated ability to test electronic assemblies using both manual and automated test procedures.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective documentation and team collaboration.
- Capability to lift up to 32 lbs as part of regular job duties.
- Basic understanding of electrical assemblies and the ability to interpret schematics and technical documentation.
- Availability to work overtime and weekends as needed, in addition to a standard 40-hour workweek.
