Duties & Responsibilities
- Set up, calibrate, and test electronic circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies in a manufacturing setting.
- Troubleshoot and debug both analog and digital assemblies, identifying issues down to the component level.
- Develop and determine test specifications, methods, and procedures by referencing blueprints, drawings, and diagrams.
- Perform functional testing and debugging at both subassembly and complete system levels, ensuring product quality and performance standards are met.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports summarizing findings and provide recommendations for solutions to technical problems encountered during testing.
- Assist in the selection and set-up of specialized test equipment to optimize testing workflows and accuracy.
- Work on semi-routine assignments, applying established procedures but recognizing when deviations are necessary for effective troubleshooting or process improvement.
- Follow detailed Test Process Instructions (TPIs) and ensure compliance with all standard operating protocols.
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting for both production units and field service returns, applying detailed root cause analysis to resolve issues efficiently.
- Evaluate and troubleshoot complex electro-mechanical instruments, ensuring technical issues are resolved in a timely and precise manner.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an electronic test technician or in a related manufacturing testing role.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams.
- Skilled in the use of basic hand tools for the assembly and disassembly of electronic equipment.
- Demonstrated ability to perform modifications and accomplish rework as required by project specifications.

- Availability to work overtime and weekends as needed to support production demands.
